Shipping Policy
Orders typically shit within 24 hours of payment. For pre-order and Back-Order items, please see item descption for shipping times.
Please Read before placing a Pre-Order...
When ordering a Pre-Order (or Back Order item) on DecOut Games, all items will be shipped with the Pre-Order item. That means if a Pre-Order item ships in 1 month, you will need to wait 1 month for all other items in the cart. If you want non-Pre-Order items shipped right away, please add them to a separate cart and check-out with a separate order. Orders cannot be partially fulfulled or partially cancelled.
Pre-Order and Back-Order purchases will be charged to you Card/Paypal immediately upon purchase. Orders can be cancelled before shipment but are subject to a 3% cancellation fee. This free will be deducted from the refunded amount. This covers the non-refundable payment processing fee we are charged when the initial transaction was made.
Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of sealed product in the TCG industry, we do not offer returns. That said, if something arrives damaged or not as described, send us an email and we will make it right | DecOutGames@gmail.com
